Upper Clements Cottages offers seven cottage rentals, vacation rentals or self catering holiday cottages at Upper Clements, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Our Nova Scotia rental rates are listed below. All rates quoted are for a maximum of four people, there is an added
charge of $10 for each additional person. There is a maximum
of 6 guests per cottage. Sorry, no pets - ask about nearby boarding kennel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We realize that plans may change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible as we will do our best to re-book your stay.
- $25.00 cancellation fee charged on all cancellations.
- 1 night reservation - A deposit of one night is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations made seven or more days prior to reservation date will result in a full refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than seven days prior to reservation date will result in a loss of deposit if the reservation cannot be re-booked.
- 2 to 4 night reservation - A deposit of 1/3 is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations made seven or more days prior to reservation date will result in a full refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than seven days prior to reservation date will result in a loss of deposit if the reservation cannot be re-booked.
Cancellations made 48 hours before reservation date will result in a charge of total reservation amount if the reservation cannot be re-booked.
- Reservations of 5 nights or more - A deposit of 1/3 is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations made fourteen or more days prior to reservation date will result in a full refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than less than fourteen days prior to reservation date will result in a loss of deposit if the reservation cannot be re-booked.
Cancellations made seven days before reservation date will result in a charge of total reservation amount if the reservation cannot be re-booked.
