Rates are for cottages and RV unit. All rates quoted are for up to 4 people. There is an added charge of $10 for each additional person. There is a maximum of 6 people per cottage or RV. Receive a five percent discount on your stay when you book five nights or more.

Please note:
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, regardless of re-booking. Shortening your reservation after booking will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. Also, shortening your stay upon arrival will be considered a cancellation and will not be refunded.
- Reservations of one to three nights:
A deposit of one night (plus HST and applicable surcharges) is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be received by 2:00pm seven(7) days prior to arrival or full payment will be required if the reservation cannot be re-booked for the exact nights of your booking. - Reservations of four nights or more:
A deposit of 1/3 of total charges (including HST and applicable surcharges) is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be received by 2:00pm fourteen (14) days prior to arrival or full payment will be required if the reservation cannot be re-booked for the exact nights of your booking. - Group Bookings: (3 or more cottages)
Upper Clements Cottages is an excellent venue for family reunions, group gatherings, wedding groups, etc. The cancellation policy (or any change in original reservation) is 21 days prior to arrival. Shortening your reservation after booking is considered a cancellation and the $25.00 cancellation fee will apply. Deposit of one night or 1/3 of the reservation total is required on group bookings by January 31st, or upon booking after January 31st. While we do enjoy group bookings, they pose a challenge for our cleaning staff in terms of having enough time to maintain our cleaning standards. To help alleviate this, checkout for groups is 10:30 am (instead of 11:00).
