Upper Clements Cottages has expanded! Spend your summer on the beautiful Annapolis River. Cottage-like settings with spacious lots in our scenic new RV park.

We are now offering 30 RV sites on our property. For those RV owners who are looking for an alternative to large, crowded RV parks we will be catering to seasonal guests (no nightly rentals).

We are offering:

  • large lots - 40' x 60' and 40' x 80' with 30 and 50 amp service,
  • free cable TV and internet.
  • 20' x 40' in-ground pool, playground, and Laundromat on site
  • located right next door to Upper Clements Park – Atlantic Canada’s Premier Fun Park!
  • Our property has a beautiful view of the Annapolis River
  • 5 minutes from the town of Annapolis Royal and many other attractions
  • We are The Bunny Place! Children will enjoy our goats and free roaming bunnies

    RV Park at Upper Clements CottagesGuests wishing to leave their RV in the park after closing may do so with a $200.00 deposit towards next years' fee.
